Joe Frederick, Owner
Joe began his engineering career at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky. There he learned world class manufacturing processes and skills that have proved the most valuable experiences of his career. While at Toyota Joe wrote the CNC machining Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and training manual for die manufacturing.
When the automotive sector tanked in 2008 Joe moved to Maryland to work at the US Army Aberdeen proving grounds. Since 2018 he has been leading a Department of Defense prototyping and integration facility.
Joe is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland LIC# 49416. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Credential# 2214840. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS BB).
